At wallpanelUK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order we're here to help.

Returns.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

 

- The panels are unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.

 

- The product is free from damage, modifications, or any signs of installation.

- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Returns process.

1. Contact us via email within 14 days of delivery.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds.

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
